Customizing Your Organization

Your organization settings control how your brand appears across the entire loyalty program — from digital wallet passes to customer signup pages and QR posters.

Accessing Organization Settings

Navigate to Organization Settings from the sidebar to configure your branding and business details.

Brand Identity

Organization Name

Your business name as displayed to customers. This appears on:

• Digital wallet passes (Apple and Google)
• Customer signup pages
• QR signup posters
• Email communications
• The customer portal

💡 Tip: Use your well-known brand name, not your legal entity name. Customers should instantly recognize it.

Logo

Upload your company logo for consistent branding across all touchpoints:

Your logo appears on:

• Wallet passes (top of the card)
• Customer signup pages
• QR poster designs
• Email headers

📝 Note: After uploading a new logo, existing wallet passes won't update automatically. Use Wallet Push to refresh all active passes.

Brand Colors

Set your primary and secondary colors to maintain visual consistency:

These colors are applied to:

• Customer signup page styling
• QR poster designs
• Wallet pass design (as a starting point)
• Email templates

Use the color picker or enter exact hex values to match your brand guidelines.

Organization Slug

Your slug is the unique URL identifier for your organization:

It's used in:

• Customer signup links
• Self-service claim pages
• API endpoints
• QR poster URLs

The slug is set during onboarding and typically matches your business name in lowercase with hyphens (e.g., bean-and-brew).

⚠️ Important: Changing your slug will break any existing printed QR codes, signup links, or bookmarks. Only change it if absolutely necessary.

Country Setting

Your country selection affects several platform behaviors:

• Default currency — Automatically mapped from your country (e.g., Australia → AUD)
• Phone formatting — Customer phone numbers are validated and formatted according to your country's standards
• Plan pricing — Subscription prices may be shown in your local currency

To change your country, update it in Organization Settings. Currency will update accordingly.

Website URL

Add your business website URL. This is used for:

• Brand extraction during onboarding — Cockato can automatically detect your logo and colors from your website
• Customer-facing materials — May be displayed on signup pages or emails
• SEO and verification — Establishes your business identity

Custom Signup Fields

Add custom fields to your customer signup form to collect additional information:

• Birthday, preferences, referral source, etc.
• Fields can be marked as required or optional
• Custom field data is stored with each customer record
• Use in customer segments for targeted marketing

• Consistent branding: Match your Cockato colors and logo to your physical store branding
• Professional logo: Use a high-resolution, transparent-background logo
• Memorable slug: Keep it short, lowercase, and easy to spell
